Thanks so much, Luther! Currently, there are only 6 US states where women have topless freedoms…Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Everywhere else it is either illegal or the laws are very unclear. I live in NY State and it is very unclear what the rules are here. I’m too cold for baring my breasts outdoors this time of year anyway, so I have a 6–7 months to make some changes before the warm weather returns!
