This is such a beautiful tought-provoking piece! I only learned of this brand of chocolate a few weeks ago and what sold me on them was their philosphy and commitment to raise awareness about the horrors of the cocoa industry. I guess nobody wants to attach negativity to chocolate so instead they attack the chocolatiers trying to make a difference. But that also speaks to the way of our world...a very sad statement indeed.
